Webforms

Webforms is used to create paperwork for deals and working with clients.

A great source of anxiety for new agents is “what forms do I use and where do I find them”.  The first two Webforms videos shows how to create templates that have all your forms grouped together so you don’t have to search for them for each deal.

Ontario Regional Property Information Form

This video shows how to fill out the board data form for a listing, and where to locate all the required information.  This form is called Ontario Regional Property Information Form in Webforms and is in Residential Seller Template we created in the last video.

Please practice filling out this form before you get your first listing.  Practice listing your own property.  Practice listing a property in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, etc.  Many agents leave this to the last minute when they get a listing and it’s complete panic for them.
