Bank drafts / cheques can be dropped off at the brokerage office during office hours, and a deposit receipt will be provided. Alternatively, there is a deposit box to the left of the front door (not the mail slot in the door) for after-hours delivery.
INTERAC E-TRANSFER
Clients must email deposit@kwinnovationrealty.com with their e-transfer and email with property details as well. NO PASSWORD REQUIRED.
WIRE TRANSFER
There is a $17.50 Wire Transfer fee that MUST be added to each deposit done via Wire Transfer – e.g. for a $20,000 deposit, the total deposit must be $20,017.50. If a Wire Transfer fee is not included, the agent will be invoiced for this charge.
