Forms explained are OREA real estate forms with red text on them, explaining in plain english what the sections of the forms mean.
These forms are great for agents to understand the full meaning of all the forms they are using to complete transactions. Forms explained are watermarked for educational use. Even though the forms explained can’t actually be used in a transaction, they are also a good tool for your clients to understand the forms they will be signing.
To access forms explained:
- Go to https://www.orea.com/Resources-and-Forms/Standard-Forms-and-Clauses
- Click on the “Login” button at the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Make sure “Member” is selected
- Click on the “Login as a Member” button
- Choose from the list, what Real Estate Board you are a member
- Enter your Matrix username and password
- Click on the “Sign In” button
- If you’re not directed back to the Standard Forms and Clauses page, then go to https://www.orea.com/Resources-and-Forms/Standard-Forms-and-Clauses again
- Click on “Forms Explained” in the Find Standard Forms section
You can also click on the Series Numbers and find blank PDFs of the forms in the event that Webforms is ever down.
