Designated Representative

Keller Williams Policy

• It is the policy of Keller Williams Innovation Realty (KWIR) that when signing a representation agreement with a buyer or seller that you sign as a designated representative.

• Agents do NOT enter into Brokerage Representation agreements/relationships with buyers or sellers.

• Other KWIR agents can still provide limited services to your clients on your behalf (e.g. open house coverage) but the scope of these services is restricted in terms of what information and advice other agents can provide to your clients. Please be sure to use forms 271 and 371 with your clients.
