Jim Reitzel is a former educator who has taught at the elementary, college and university levels. He is a Certified Residential Specialist and also an Accredited Buyer Representative. Jim is a Keller Williams University approved trainer and certified MAPS coach.

Marcia has been a Realtor since 2016 and is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for her clients. Jason Gaukrodger
Jason has been in the business for 10 years. He is the productivity coach. He has primarily been focused on working with buyers. He is an Accredited Buyers Representative and instructor with the National Association of REALTORS. He also facilitates the Your First Home workshop on a monthly basis.
Sam Abdallah
Sam has a passion for helping his clients with their real estate needs. He values giving back to agents to help with productivity, training, scripting and negotiation. As a Sales Representative and Director of Lead Generation, Sam understands systems and habits required to be successful. Sam lives with his wife and children and is always striving to grow both physically and emotionally.

Roy Cleeves
Roy is a Honours BBA Graduate from Wilfrid Laurier and runs a top team of 10 at KWGTR. The team has exceeded over $1M in gross commission in past years. Roy is also a property manager and real estate investor with 15 properties and is engaged in various Rent-to-Own joint ventures. He is very open and happy to share his real life experiences.
Kyle Craig
Kyle is the Market Centre Tech Trainer at KWIR, responsible for training agents on KW technology as well as maintaining KWGTR technology infrastructure. He has two decades of retail sales experience, over a decade of IT experience and is also a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative. Kyle’s unique skill set allows him to teach about KW technology in a way that shows agents how to be productive.
Jeff Reitzel
Jeff is an active Real Estate and Mortgage Broker but his purpose in life is to help the less fortunate and mentoring others. He has instructed for the Financial Services Commission of Ontario at Seneca and Conestoga College, authored the Millionaire Father, was recently voted top 40 under 40 in Kitchener-Waterloo, WOW Mentor for Waterloo Region and Person of the Year for Mortgage Alliance.
Andre Chin
Andre has shown commitment and dedication to his clients for over 9 years in the industry. From first time home buyers and sellers to those in pursuit of their next investment, Andre enjoys being a part of every step in their journey.
